The Clubhouse at Sunset Golf Course is a stunning venue for parties, receptions, class reunions, and business events. Available year-round, our Banquet Room accommodates up to 100 guests, with additional covered deck seating during the warmer months. Our Stunning Outdoor Deck
We allow and encourage all banquet room rentals to utilize our outdoor deck area, which is connected to the room itself. This comes at no additional cost to you. As a public venue, the outdoor deck space is a shared area of the facility and is open for the public to enjoy at the same time as well.

Venue Guidelines & Planning Policies
Reservation & Payment
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your date. This deposit is applied directly to your final invoice.
- Final Payment: Your remaining balance is due in full before the conclusion of your event.
- Cashless Facility: Please note that Sunset Golf Course is a cashless venue. We proudly accept all major credit/debit cards, mobile pay, and checks.
Catering & Guest Count
- Custom Catering: All menu selections are expertly handled by our resident caterer, Bob Brant. To ensure the highest quality service, a final guest headcount is required at least 7 days prior to your event.
- Outside Catering: Should you choose to bring an outside caterer, an additional $400 service fee will apply.
- Event Linens: Standard linens are provided; however, specialty colored linens are available upon request for a $5 surcharge per linen.
Bar & Alcohol Regulations
- PLCB Compliance: In accordance with Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) regulations, no outside alcohol is permitted on the premises at any time. All alcohol must be served by our professional bar staff.
- Age Verification: All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Our staff reserves the right to verify identification and manage service at their sole discretion to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Tax & Gratuity: Please note that all bar and venue pricing is subject to a 6% PA sales tax and a 20% service charge.
Shared Space & Atmosphere
- The Outdoor Deck: While your rental includes full access to our beautiful outdoor deck, please note that this is a shared space open to the public. We encourage your guests to enjoy the fresh air and stunning views alongside our golf community.
