Rental Room Information

The Clubhouse at Sunset Golf Course is a beautiful location to host a party, reception, a class reunion or business event. The banquet room is available for rental year round with accommodations for up to 120 guests. (Outdoor, covered deck seating is available during warmer months.) Catering services are available. Our full bar selections compliment any event, bar packages are available please contact us for details and pricing. 

  • Pricing, rates, options, etc. can be changed at any time for any reason at the discretion of Sunset Golf Course/Sunset Bar & Grill.
  • Sunset Golf Course/Sunset Bar & Grill provides on-site catering by Bob Brant, there will be an additional $350 charge if you would like to bring your own caterer.
  • Colored linens are available upon request with a surcharge of $5/linen.
  • A $200 deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Bar and Deck Area

Your guests may also make use of our outdoor deck and bar. We can even accommodate you with covered outdoor seating in the case of rain, our deck cover includes convertible walls which allows for an enclosed in-door/out-door space. A live band or DJ can make use of the stage to create an outdoor party atmosphere with an incredible view.
