On August 27th, prepare for an evening that transcends the ordinary. We are honored to welcome Sviraj, a premier traditional Balkan tambura ensemble based right here in Steelton, PA.
Sviraj is more than a band; they are the heartbeat of a tight-knit immigrant community passionate about preserving its rich heritage through music and dance. Utilizing traditional stringed instruments, their sound is a vibrant tapestry of intricate rhythms and soulful melodies.
Whether you are familiar with Balkan music or experiencing it for the first time, you will feel that unmistakable connection. It is a night dedicated to tradition, community, and the universal language of music.
